Enjoy a selection of wines as you stroll, followed by a delightful picnic-style lunch (featuring sandwiches and salads) served in the shaded comfort of the vineyard. With five decades of experience farming these pioneering vines, our deep respect for the land and passion for winemaking guide our sustainable practices, ensuring the highest quality grapes. Our philosophy centers on minimal intervention, allowing the natural characteristics of the varietals and the unique terroir to shine through in every vintage. Beyond cultivating our vineyards, we sell fruit to friends and neighbors in the valley and proudly produce our own lineup of Estate wines at the Carlton Winemaker's Studio. Our carefully curated portfolio reflects meticulous craftsmanship and dedication, offering a diverse range of Estate-grown red and white wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Gris, Chenin Blanc, and Gamay Noir.
